The Waverly PK-8 School is a new replacement 118,00 SF replacement school and 11,000 SF underground parking garage, consolidating the existing the existing Waverly Middle and Elementary Schools into a single, three-story facility that supports the current BCPSS model. The facility functions as a prekindergarten through eighth grade educational facility as well as a cultural and recreational activity center for the entire community.
