The North Avenue Gateway Apartments Project is an affordable multi-family apartment consisting of two separate buildings that replaces a block of abandoned row houses and vacant lots. The 90,000 SF Project has 64 residential units, composed of one- and two- bedroom units and 5,400 SF of management and community space, including a computer room, community kitchen, activity room, outdoor entry plaza and playground. The project is zoned for mixed-use business and residential uses, and includes a community health clinic in conjunction with Coppin State College School of Nursing.
