Midd-West High School is a 192,500 SF replacement high school constructed on the site of the existing school. The project was phased to allow continuous operation of the school. Challenges included Indoor Air Quality Management during construction. Over a 30 Year Life Span of the building it is anticipated that the sustainable design components will save approximately $3,500,000 in utility costs. The school will be used as a teaching tool and will be available to the community for use after hours.
