The 75,278 SF project includes the renovation of the 40,383 SF existing elementary school and the new construction of a 34,895 SF one-story addition. The project goals are to upgrade core-learning spaces and build new administrative offices. Sustainable design features will include improving the building envelope performance and increasing natural daylight and views to provide an optimal indoor learning environment.
