Building 2 of the Meadowridge 95 Office Park is a two-story 62,200 square foot Class A Office Building featuring numerous environmental and occupant friendly components, specifically designed to minimize energy consumption and optimize occupant comfort. An enhanced building envelope coupled with energy efficient rooftop air handlers and boiler packages resulted in 28% design energy reduction. A unique under floor air distribution system provides fresh air stratification and excellent individual control for the building occupants. The Project achieved exemplary performance in the use of Green Power and Indoor Air Quality Management Standards. The project was pre-certified as LEED-CS Silver but was certified LEED-CS Gold when completed.
