Elysium Fourteen is comprised of two primary components: market-rate boutique apartments and a retail space on 14th Street. The development embodies the value imbued by high quality materials & construction. The development is an example of adaptive re-use in an urban context with access to transit and amenities. Madison Investments, LLC, developed the 9,540 square foot (0.22 acre) lot to include a 58,323 square foot project including a nine story retail and multifamily residential building composed of concrete and metal framing and the adaptive reuse of two masonry and wood buildings which have been renovated for retail and residential use. No on-site parking is being proposed as part of the development.
