Lorraine Doo, MSW, MPH, LEED AP, is a Principal at Doo Consulting LLC and focuses her time on strategic consulting services for any interested organization. Services include planning for sustainable operations, integrating corporate social responsibility elements into business practices, metrics and reporting, training on material certifications (e.g. health and environmental product declarations, Declare, cradle to cradle), JUST certification, and running charrettes. Lorraine’s public health background gives the firm a unique perspective on the impact of buildings on the health of occupants; so she assists teams with material selection or the research on materials and design. Lorraine is an ambassador for the Living Building Challenge, facilitator for the Baltimore Living Building Collaborative, and was recently appointed as one of the East Coast representatives of the inaugural Congress for the International Living Future Institute.
Lorraine is very fond of her garden, and preserving the fruits of her labor with her husband and of making art whenever she can. She is also learning to play the banjo.
